In the (Artist) Alley with Scott Hepburn

By Shaun Daniels and Sharon Wong

When you’re at the second largest comic book/pop culture convention in the U.S., that is also the biggest on the East Coast, you never know who you’re going to cross paths with on the con floor of the 2011 New York Comic Con.  We lucked out and were introduced to the very talented, very down-to-earth artist Scott Hepburn.

Currently working on Orchid with writer/guitarist Tom Morello (of Audioslave and Rage Against the Machine), Scott has previously worked on big-name projects like Star Wars (The Clone Wars and Knights of the Old Republic) for Dark Horse Comics and Sentinel for Marvel.  Thank you to Skullkickers’ creator/writer Jim Zubkavich for the introduction to this very sought-after Canadian.
